I made these last weekend with my leftover cup of sourdough starter. I've never made a roll before now. These were delish! The filling was walnuts, cinnamon & brown sugar. I used the recipe from "King Arthur Flour 200th Anniversary Cookbook"
I need to have a brunch so I can share these with more than Mr. PeakSeason & my brother.
These look so good. Great way to use up your cup of starter though I can see how this might get to be a bad habit every time you have to feed the starter, lol.
