Dick scavenged these from a job he was doing this week. The house had 32 draw pulls with roosters on them! Go Hubby! Your amazing!

My cabinets have no pulls. There will be extras, so I'm planning a coat rack for the kitchen.

This week had been slow. This weather gets to me. I can't wait to go to Texas in February for my birthday. Time to Chill. The plan so far is to get a knitting tattoo from Mom's Tattoo in Austin. Day Trip to Luckenback & Fredricksburg. Oh! and BBQ at Zimmerhanzel's Bar-B-Que in Smithville.


I'm thinking I'm gonna buy a Trindle Spindle from Etsy today. I've been drooling over a friends collection like crazy.

I love the Dollar Castle!

I am so happy with myself! I didn't have any hay racks in my cages. I saw the ones the feed store & pet stores had and they were plastic crap! No way I'm going to waste my money on 3-4 of those at 9.99 a pop! I stopped at dollar castle on my way home. They had these wire metal shower caddy's that would work perfect Zip-tied to the cages! I bought 4 caddy's & a bag of zip ties and went home to play. I am so proud! They work great! No more waste!

Bun Update!

These little cuties are only 2 of 4. It is so hard to get them to sit still long enough to get a shot that is not completely blurry. There is two that are black mostly & the other two are broken (black/white). Well, I don't think broken is the right term. I'm still really new at all of this!
The Herd is eating and drinking like crazy. I've been lucky the past week, temperatures have been above freezing! Which is good for water bottles. Next step is to move them into the Dog crate. Freckles is running out of room! Boy, they sure do grow fast! The Kits are very friendly. Everyone like to get head scratches and loves. I need more Hay this weekend!

This weather is driving me crazy. We should be covered in snow by now, not 40°F. I'm already dreaming of this year's garden. I've been requested to grow broccoli & jalapenos. We are going to have to bring in some fill dirt since the back of my yard is low. I already partially fenced off that part of the yard.

Split personality cowl

  

I finished my split personality cowl. Knit on 15's with Bulky Two Ply Superwash Merino. It is so cozy! Perfect to wear when walking the mutts.

I've been spinning like mad. I just finished a really nice faulkland in green violet. I have to stop since I cannot find my wheel lube. It has gone missing... I will find you! You cannot stop me!

When I feed the herd after work today, one of the bunnies were humping the head of one of the girls. Are you kidding me, your old 4 weeks old!

Update:
Bunnies are 4 weeks old. Cute as ever! The lighting in the garage is really dim. I can't get a good shot of them. I think I have 2 girls/2 boys. Won't know if Boris is the dad until their ears drop. 6-8 weeks for lops I guess.
